IDL Wireless Broadband is fast, supports VoIP, online gaming and just about everything else you would expect from a normal cable, fibre, SHDSL or ADSL Internet connection.

 Service Level Guarantee (SLG)
The target availability level of IDL's Business Wireless service is 99.9%. Customers will be eligible for a rebate as follows:

10% of the monthly plan fee^ for the month in which the service level was breached
Below 95% but equal to or greater than 90% during a calendar month
20% of the monthly plan fee^ for the month in which the service level was breached
Below 90% during a calendar month
50% of the monthly plan fee^ for the month in which the service level was breached
^Monthly plan fee is the monthly subscription fee for the Wireless service excluding any optional extras or excess usage fees.

^Included data limit is for uploads and downloads. i.e. 10Gb means 5Gb of downloads and 5Gb of uploads. Additional data is charged at $20/Gb.
Included megabytes are to be used within each calendar month and do not carry over.
Speeds are represented in downstream/upstream format. Example 2000/2000 means 2000kbps downstream and 2000kbps upstream.
Listed plans are only available to customers re-signing or signing up for a minimum 12 month contract
*Due to distance and capacity limitations not all speeds and technologies are available at all locations. Should the chosen speed or technology not be obtainable you will automatically be downgraded to the highest obtainable speed at your location.

Minimum contract period of 12 months applies to all plans.
Plan changes must be notified before the 1st day of each calendar month and can only be changed once each month.
Installation fee applies for new sites and when changing between the different technologies.
Installation fee may vary depending on site requirements and conditions.

We accept Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, Diners and Amex credit cards over the phone.
Cheque / Money order can be posted to PO Box 279, HRMC, 2310 with your account details inside.
You can call into our office during our business hours and pay cash.
All payments made with cash, cheque or credit card are made in advance.
Prices are also subject to change without notice.
